Yes, just unbend some on the engine-bay side and feed it through. Once your lift is completed, bend it to accommodate the new angle where it feeds through the hole in the body.

As mentioned, make sure that once you're done none of the line is rubbing on the body where it passes through. There are one or two folks here who overlooked that detail and wound up suddenly without brakes as a line was worn through.
