Why do you want a DOHC? The SOHC and a couple more horses and its a lot easier to change the timing belt.
I've got a 96 SOHC and it is great. The SOTF went out last winter, but its an easy fix.
Not sure when they put the Coil on Plugs on(my 96 has them), but that is something you may want to consider also.
