Getting the Wheeling Fever

i jsut lifted the rear of my 92 Sr with 2.5 inch valley spring coils, now the axle has been shifted to the right about .5-.75 of an inch, what have you guys done for relocating the axle to its proper location, i have been looking at an adjustable panhard bar for a jeep from rubicon express like the one my buddy has on his jeep, all ideas welcomed
