Doug is right, its simple geometry! If your lateral rod (panhard bar) is a certain length, as soon as you raise it at all, its gonna pull the axle in closer to the side its connected to the frame. You can get a fab shop to custom make a new one, maybe even an adjustable one for future upgrades, but another simple way is to get a fab shop to lower the bracket back to its factory height. I never once asked what others have done to correct this. When I purchased my lift, I also got an adjustable lateral rod that can accomidate up to a 4" lift. I dont know any other company out there, you'd have to ask other Gen II owners what they did.
