You're talking about a relativly high pressure hydraulic system. The metal BRAKE lines are steel. Even with steel lines the flares have to be doubled. Your best bet is to buy the proper replacement part for whatever model Jeep you have. If you want custom flexable brake lines, go to a hydraulic shop and they might make them for you. to try and make your own would be a BIG mistake. Don't take chances on something as important as BRAKES.
