Not all LS models had every option. My 89 had manual hubs and A/C , but the 90 had stock G80 I forget the other thing. Both had auto trannies , and the bucket seats.Oh , both also had cruise and intermittent wipers.Other than that , no special stuff like power windows or locks , heated seats , power mirrors or anything.I guess I was robbed Anyway , some of those issues are being taken care of.I added A/C to the 90(which its all one truck now) and power locks. Now if I can find some power windows to make work , I am closer to a true LS Just need some leather , power mirrors and heated seats and I'm there.

Getting the Wheeling Fever
I know that this topic is about troopers, but I remember one time I saw in the internet a 2nd gen. Amigo LIMITED for sale. Does anybody know anything about amigos limited? Would it have leather sits and all those cool little things that I like? unfortunally I can't remember were I saw it. All I remember is that it was a little pricy $$$ and that it had the LIMITED badge. maybe it had INTELLIGENT SUSPENSION.

I do believe he was referring to the 3rd gen. 98-02 that has the limited moniker. 1st gen I havent the first idea about... I just pulled the list from research we were doing when we purchased a vehicle in late 02. Trooper was a top choice until we came across the brand new Sorento.

In my experience there is no such animal. There could be leather conversions done to the seats, etc. But none came from the factory with them. IIRC, there was a guy that retrofitted the Recaro leathers from a VX into an Amigo that worked out pretty trick.

I was saying that I believe the LIMITED was optioned-out...
It was, wasn't it?

I know that the Limited package guaranteed you a Sunroof/Moonroof and Leather, with tons of electronic gizmos (heated/fold-in mirrors, etc.)

Don't know about the Limited, but... my '99 has the "performance package." Here is a linky to the window sticker that was still in the glove box when I bought it last year.

Did the 1st Gen's really have power mirrors available? I'm adding cruise, would like power locks, don't really care about power windows. Power mirrors are a nice thing though.
