Getting the Wheeling Fever

Does it make sense to change out the tie rods when I rebuild the front axle? This is an '83 22r pickup. The steering is a little loose and I figured I'd swap those at some point (which I've never done before) and figure it might as well be at the same time.

I've been looking for info on replacing the tie rods but haven't found much other than the FSM. What simple things would I want to replace to help tighten the wandering? Idler arms? Pittman arm?
