Just did a torsion bar lift, using Darlington diff drop brackets on my 94 amigo. Noticed slight bump steer with this set up. I suspect because the tie rod angle is no longer parallel to the ground. I was wondering if it would be possible to flip the tie rods from under the steering knuckles to the top using a kit similair to the one found on:

www.rock-equipment.com

Any Input?

Thanks

Your answer can be found in the fourth result from a search of "+tie +rod +flip". I could easily give you the link, but that wouldn't teach you to search.

Just for safety purposes, I'll say don't do it. As for the "why"... well, that search mentioned above will make all things clear

In IFS, the mounting point is taken into consideration to keep you from steering when the wheel moves. Moving the TRE to a different spot will change that geometry.

This is not an issue in a solid axle as the TRE doesn't pivot relative to the axle/wheel.
