I know for a fact on mine it will be a bolt in. I will just need to put a custom cover on the vaccum disconnect to hold it "in" all the time. I have manual hubs so it won't really matter to me.

The driveshafts will bolt up.

On your 2004 I'm not sure what t-case you have. If it's the same as mine it will be a direct bolt in. The only thing I need to do is make my 4wd light work. It will be a minor issue.

I took my case out tonight, getting ready for the Tera case.
