My experience with Por 15 is that it will not stick worth a crap to bare clean metal either. It needs rust to clink to. Hammerite has never held up worth a darn for me as well. The best that I have found is powder coating, period, end of story. I just did this way because this vehicle when I'm done with it will be the company vehicle, everything else will be powser coated, that is unless someone prefers to Rhino Line it at the additional cost. It isn't cheap either.
