36 grit, then 60 grit, then Zylol, then tack cloth, then Zylol, then tack cloth, then I take it to the sprayer. It was the last time because they don't honor nothing and want to charge an arm and a leg to fix it. Secondly, they can't follow directions to save their lives. I instructed them four times, once in writing to "not" spray the inside because I have such tight tolerences but they did anyway, then I have to stand there and wait while they grind off everywhere that it is interfering with the proper fit. As for now I have a friend of a friend who does powder coating until I get a bit more established then I'll move it in house as well. It's hard getting good help now a days.
