To add to the question by 4xgoose on the general lift question, I have now run Metal Masher, Hell's revenge, Cliff Hanger, Poisen Spider Mesa, Fins and Things, as well as Rattlesnake (local trail), all of which are 4 rated or better (exception F & T), in bone stock form and have had no issues what so ever. In fact I made it all the way to Mirror Gultch on Metal Masher and up the first ledge all in 2H (surprised the crap out of me). So I really am in no hurry to put a lift on it. I just don't see the immediate need for me. I pretty mch stick to 4.0 rated trails with a rare occasion of 4+, and some 3.5 mixed in there. When I do put a lift on I see absolutely no need to go any higher than 3 inches with 33" rubber. Now that being said, if you were the type of individual that runs the 5.0 rated and off the chart rated trails if you were to go with a long arm 4.5 or 5.5 inch lift this thing would be unstoppable. I personally just can't justify taking a brand new spanking rig and beating the crap out of it on those type of trails. It's just my preference. I'm a traditionist wheeler, I believe in wheeling what you "drove" to the trail and prefer the scenery over the challenges. Just my preferences. I only expounded about this for anyone that is thinking about purchasing a Rubi/Unlimited. They are awesome, not quite up to the capability of my Passport yet but then again the Rubi is stock, the Passport has 12 grand into it.
