With the winch it's 142 lbs or 147lbs I can't remember. The approach angle is significantly better due to the sloped angles and the fact that I brought it up so tight against the lower portion of the fender, another issue that half of the aftermarket don't take into consideration. I can get you the figures but it will have to wait until I can pull it off again and mount the stock one to check unless someone can provide the stock readings for me. Thanks for the comments.
