Yeah, if you are absolutely sure the belt is on right and the cam and crank line up, you could use the mark on the cam pulley to get it right on 0 degrees (TDC) Then just put a dab of paint on the crank pulley lined up with the 0 degree mark on the timing belt cover. I'd put a mark across the rubber part of the pulley so you can see next time if it has shifted any more.
