I would think it may be similar, but not sure how the carbs work at various loads and RPMs. With 4.88s, your speedo and odo will be pretty close to stock (my odo is dead on, my speedo is about 6% fast). With 5.29s, your speedo and odo will read 10-15% fast unless you recalibrate things.


Roger, I am a little confused here. How can it be that the odo and speedo are not in sync w/ each other? That is, shouldn't they both be off by 6%, or both right on, etc? Aren't they driven off of the same gear?
