Well thord I guess the best thing for YOU to do is to install a manual choke... There is a lil trick involved to get the electric choke working as it should on a 2100 swap.
What I do is to take out all the guts from the exhaust part of the choke system, seal the opening, and then install a NEW HOLLEY heat spring.. then I limit the travel of the spring.. I can get em working like factory after the swap.
THORD did you do the nutter bypass? If not you are not getting enough advance in your dist after the 2100 swap.
