AC clutch Wire no voltage?

Getting the Wheeling Fever
|
I cant get voltage at the AC pully clutch. the AC dash switch lights up. the manaul says the AC has a 20 amp fuse but i cant find it under the hood or kick panel. Oh the truck is a 88 v6 runner. where is this dam fuse?

Drop your glovebox and look to the left inside the void. There are two fuses there.

Maybe it is low on Freon, they will not energize if it is low or empty.
