It looks like just plain worn out springs. One is flatter than the other (lost it's arch and very comon) forcing the shackle forward. New springs. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/cheers.gif" alt="" />

i've had the same problem with my jeep. i've used several different spring/shackle combos. the frame is bent. yours may be too.

ok the new springs and shocks are on and it helped some. i guess my frame may be bent. i don't see any other reason for this.
