It's turning from the 80-90 weight oil... It's normal for it to turn slowly, as long as you can stop it by hand (or hold it in place). The turning would be coming from the T/C output.

The right side caliper may be dragging... Check the slides. Could also be the bushings in the spindle causing the heat. I'd check into this.
