I'm only using the Ole Man Emu (OME) springs in the front, and I can't tell much difference from stock, except that they're taller. The complete lift is a combination of springs, poly spring spacers and a body lift. Rocky Road sells the springs separately, which is what I bought. There is an OME application guide at http://arb.com.au/Seattle/UVAG_PDF/suzuki_sidekick_tracker.pdf that lists the springs and lift heights. Other places sell the OME stuff, but Rocky Road had the best prices when I was shopping.
