I guess it could be the belt, 100k is getting toward the limit as I understand. Try running some BG44k through if you havent done fuel injector cleaner within the past year or so. Its an easy way to rule out dirty injectors and is just good to do. Is the engine stumbling at all? Is it running strong and getting good gas mileage?
