if it kinked once it may happen again. hile im sure the dealer can hook you up with the part check out what some real braided hose would run ya for the job. might be cheaper then a stock part and can be mounted away from that area to prevent problems again.
1995 nissan maxima se, 5spd short throw, aluminum flywheel and crank pully, stage 3 clutch, custom ported top end, full 2.5 exhaust jdm front end

I checked the Kia parts site and that short peice is over $30 bucks! I went to the parts store and a repair peice with a length of line and one fitting was alomst $20! Sheesh, it's all nylon, for crying out loud (which I seem to be doing). Anyway, I'll think of something.

in the long run, the braided hose would be worth it. you probably wouldn't ever have the problem again.
95 sportage, gone and severly missed. 94 camaro 5-speed v6 with a few addons. girlfriends 93 s-10 4.3 soon to be lifted and made into a pre-runner

Yeah, I need to do something, but where can I find just the fittings? Do you think I can remove the existing fitings without damaging them? Has anyone replaced this piece before?
