Getting the Wheeling Fever

I have a 87 4x4 truck w/ 31's( not all that aggresive), when I am on the freeway and let off the gas or push in the cluch my truck shakes until the speed is way down or I give it gas. Awhile ago the drive shaft almost came off as all 4 bolts vibrated loose. Is it poossible that the drive shaft needs to be balance? aparently this was done before I got the truck. I think that is why the drive shaft vibrated loose.
