Thanks to Blevcom for the space and Bansil for basically doing it all, we put my 1st gen troop another 3 inches up in the air this past weekend.

Let me start off by saying this is NOT an easy project.
Tools required (besides the basic handtools):

Drimel tool
Grinder
Welder
Sawzall VERY IMPORTANT TO HAVE

The capture nuts in the back of the truck are AWFUL to remove...esp when the break off. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />

I am sure the two other guys will chime in with more to say.

All in all it looks incredible and I would certainly do it again in a heartbeat. BUT it was definitely not as easy as some have said it is.
