Looks well balanced. Don't get crazy with too much lift there in VA. The Virginia State Troopers are death on Samurais when they are lifted. You could have a 3" lift, park next to a full size truck with 44's and a 'silly lift' (silly meaning it is too tall to actually be safe offroad) and the trooper will go after YOU for the ticket. One of the reasons I don't go back home to Virginia very often...

I saw the plates and had flashbacks... <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/lol.gif" alt="" />
You will like the YJ's. I started with stock 5 leaf packs all around and then went to 2" lifted 5 leaf packs out back to make up for the equipment box I carry. Itseemsthe stock 5 leaf packs were just too flexy and sunk too low. The lifted set also helped out with some spring wrap I had.

Although I use Revolver shackles out back, you can see from the picture that the rears stick out a little anyway. The seem to be plenty long enough. ![[Linked Image]](http://www.billjohn.com/suspension/images/yjrevolver49.jpg)

Gotcha. That is why I wasn't really happy with my ride height out back and forcedme to go to lifted (2") YJs for the rear.
