 Rust repair panels??

Anyone know what is out there and available in terms of repair panels for the rear quarter panels on a 2nd gen 4Runner? I have rust over both rear wheels and would like to do something about it apart from just bondo.

hey CJM... do you have any cheap metal repair wheel wells for an 88 runner? Previous owner managed to repair the rears with some metal strip and bondo (ugly). Just curious on cost.

yeah ... got a steel weld in for it as well . BUT "cheep" is not the word of the day ... problem is its almost as much as our whole fiber panel .. weld in ![[Linked Image]](http://www.toyotafiberglass.com/t4r5a.jpg) runs ~ $200.00 our whole fiber panel only runs $275.00 ...easy peasy to install . ask some of the guys here .. they fit . were looking at also doing these in *kevlar ... for the "off road" guys .

Hey oldsub. Drop me a line I can set you up with a local friend of mine who can fix this for you or at least help. I would trust him with my Girl unlike the guy who installed my CJM quarters on my old runner. I've been down this road once and will soon be there again I'm sure. yah, 200 bucks per side isn't cheap <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif" alt="" /> but I am not sure if the glass sides will work for me either. The rocker panels are rusted through in some places (sorry, too lazy to find out how to post pics right now) and not too sure how long i'll have the truck for. But I was looking for an easy "cheap" repair <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/barf.gif" alt="" /> AUSSiE
