Inistalation is shown in one of the threads by CJM you can find it in a search. I think the best way is to completely remove the old panel like Corey does and then glue/rivit/screw the new panel on. Repairing behind the panel is pretty easy its just flat sheeting so welding in some patch is pretty straight forward.
