Well I ran into my friend. Says the Nokians are very good tires; they use walnut shells like they used to put into tires back in the 70's.

However, he said they're real good for places like where Adam and some of our Canadian folks are at, where you see -10/20F on and off thru the winter.

He also said that Blizzaks are still a better tire for the extremes of the Interior (-30 and lower), as they warm up faster from 'Flintstone" tires.
