The pictures are amazing again just as Moab is amazing as usual. I can't help but note the changes from the mild mannered 3" "lifted" IFS trucks to today's collection of Isuzu's. For one that a) stuff isn't running to b) I didn't make it to Moab I say thanks for posting up the pictures. As soon as some personal issues are behind me I'll be looking for my welder and cutting torch. Not only can I not stand nor bear to miss another Zu, but I HAVE to bring my ride with me. But still the best part of Moab, is the people. I certainly did miss that this year.

It was nice getting a post-event, ultra-mini Moab visitation from Randii, Kammy and Turbo (who isn't exactly that mini) and then Peter and Gwen (I hope I spelled that right).

I'm glad that everyone enjoyed the banquet as the official, "I wish I was in Moab" dinner.

Oh, please - you got a pretty long and loud round of applause, Michael. I'm just really sorry you both couldn't make it this year.

Agreed! Thank you Michael and Debbie. Hope all is well and look forward to seeing you both again soon.
Definitely missed in Moab you both were.

Well i just got to say what a great time it was for me and my family, not only great place to wheel but all the great people and the landscape is like nowhere else i have ever seen.

I just want to thank everyone who put on Zu Zoo IX from the trail leaders to the bbq you guys rock and should be very proud of what you guys are doing for the Isuzu community.

Thanks to Randy for coming up with a gatorade bottle air scoop, (note to self time to build a fan shroud).

It was a nice place to test my rig out since i finish well almost finish the week before we left, still have to work out some little things, hopefully the rubicon this summer.

Note to Smiley i have been wanting to go a Zu Zuu run for a least 5years and last year for my 25th wedding anniversary my wife asked what i wanted i said i want to do is go to moab for Zu Zoo IX so we planned and saved all year and on our trip home all we could do is talk about next year, so do what ever it takes and get to moab you won't be disappointed so hope to see you there next year.

Thanks again to everyone it was great meeting and wheeling with you guys. Don

See, I knew I'd forget at least one person. Big thanks to Michael and Debbie for covering the banquet!

Could someone give me a little insight as to how to save the video onto my computer? When I 'right click', I do not get a 'save as' option. The closest thing is a 'save target as' option, and that just creates a shortcut to the link. Apparently me not so good at computers

[edit]Nevermind... just tried the 'save target as' option again and it worked properly this time.

That's a heck of a lot of way points. Everything run is covered in Charles Well's 4x4 guide to Moab. http://www.funtreks.com or 1-877-222-7623

Tracks, not waypoints. (Although start, stop, and any important mid-course waypoints would be interesting information of someone wanted to include them). Shouldn't be too bad. Most default recording styles for GPS's are by distance traveled, so time sitting still doesn't turn into a growing file size.

People are posting huge videos. A track text file or GPX (takes up more room) file is small compared to those.

Having a track on the GPS is just a neat option, if it's available. And it's forum generated, saving everyone who wants it but doesn't want to buy the whole book just to see where you guys went doesn't have $25.....and that's still just a list of trails, not the tracks you traveled including some people who took interesting side trips and said, "Hey, I bet other people would find this intersting."

So again, if anyone has any GPS trails they'd like to share in addition to photos and movies, I am interested.

Thanks, Wayne

One of the things that we are very careful to do is to stay on the published trails.
