Hmmm.... I know on the later trucks, there's a little hex about 8 or 10mm standoff with a dustcap on the backside of the caliper. If yours doesn't have this, look for a small hex plug.

If you still can't find anything, crack the fitting open very slightly. The fluid behind that piston needs to be able to go somewhere.
