No can do at work. But if it is only mounted at the frame crossmember, down low, a winch will peel it right off and an impact will roll it back into your radiator, both due to leverage.

I was suggesting some upper mount, perhaps through the body to the top of the frame rails. Or, strengthening the stock upper fender mount bolts and using them, like Front Range Offroad does with their bumper.

FWIW, I did the latter, and ran 1/4" plate steel in vertical triangles from my winch mounting plate down to the crossmember, tying the whole assembly together. But there are lots of ways to do it.
