Yeah, real high tech looking, very nice.
Why did you change over?

What's up with the Willys?

How much weight are you going to save and are you already running an electric fan?

I never had a fan shroud for my jeep so when I run low speed low RPM steep trails, I don't overheat, but I do get into the 230's.

The new radiator has an electric fan AND a digital controller for it.

I'm not going to save much weight, but it should run the right temp and if I set it up right it won't be using any power running down the road.

The willy's is taking the summer off and relaxing.... I have too many projects as it is.

What was the cost on that thing? My radiator is looking pretty chewed, and the fan clutch will be going out soon, so I've been thinking about an aluminum radiator with electric fan to swap in.

I just finished installing it and I am fine tuning it and starting the write up.

Lemme get back to you on the cost...

This thing keeps my jeep COOL. I just ran up the grape vine on the I-5 WOT in 3rd gear pulling 65 towing about 1500 pounds with about 800 pounds of people and stuff in the jeep. It didn't get over 210!! Before I'd be running something like 230-240 by the top with that much load.
