More fun today.... made a jig to use in the shop for fabrication of the air inlet flange-to pipe-to throttle body flange:

The coolant line angles on the throttle body also present issues... the press-in tube barbs will have to be removed and another plumbing arrangement found. I'm considering eliminating the throttle heater plate - don't know if it makes much sense to preheat the intake air on a forced induction setup - at least not in this climate - need to research that a little.
