More fun today.... made a jig to use in the shop for fabrication of the air inlet flange-to pipe-to throttle body flange:

Try fit in the engine bay:

The coolant line angles on the throttle body also present issues... the press-in tube barbs will have to be removed and another plumbing arrangement found. I'm considering eliminating the throttle heater plate - don't know if it makes much sense to preheat the intake air on a forced induction setup - at least not in this climate - need to research that a little.

I think I'm ready to go to the machine shop next week and start making some hard parts.

You should be able to find angled fittings to fix the coolant lines. Try Mcmaster-Carr

Went over to the shop for a little while, forgot to take something, so came home and thought I'd post a couple of pics of some "finds" after going through a few rooms in the back and snooping around. Here's a '32 B roadster project temporarily on hold:

Pulled back some tarps and found a couple of jewels:

My favorite - a BBC bored to 468 cid, 6-71 blower pulling through 2 Holley double pumpers..... 780HP! You'd better be ready when you stab the stupid pedal in a 2400 lb car.

There's some squirreled-away powerful good stuff in this off-the-beaten track, little-known place :

His amount of blower pulley wrap could be instructional for you...

Not really - that's a cog rib belt about 4" wide... might as well be a gear. I don't think you can have too much wrap on a serpentine blower pulley - particularly with a 5 groove/rib belt.

I need an extra 3.0L air duct to chop up for parts - anybody have one they want to sell? If so, PM me with a price - here's a pic of the part:
