Mark - Thanks, but I'm no longer using the 0-ring fitting that goes into the OE rail, so the test adapter won't work on this. I can install a replacement gauge for either fairly easily and check for accuracy, but I'll wait to see what Corky suggests... right now I'm a little confused wrt what I see on his instructions compared to what I find working with the regulator.

I've let it idle now for about 30 minutes and the fuel leak has returned - or another has developed. I'll have to tear it down again and see what gives. It would be nice to deal with only one problem at a time, but I guess I'm not so lucky. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/baby.gif" alt="" />

If by chance the electric gauge is correct, I could be over-pressurizing the system and causing leaks - if the mechanical gauge is correct, I may have to completely rework the fuel rail. <img src="/forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
