Thanks - too busy now with holiday things to mess with it. I'm assuming one of the pipe joints is leaking, but not sure. When I take it apart again, I'll have the shop braze all of the joints with air conditioning silver solder that has a thick flow, fills gaps well and higher strength than regular solder. I'd try it myself, but the melt point of that solder is high and an oxy/acetylene torch probably works better than a small propane general purpose torch.
