The relay board is assembled, except for 2 power leads and a ground lead that will be soldered onto the board after the main harness is built. The 2 middle 10A fuses will be changed to 7.5A:

The board slides into a standard mount that's only a half-case and is exposed to the weather.... accepted MegaSquirt procedure says this is ok, but I just can't do it with electronics - so I've ordered a full case for weather protection and I'll make a change:
