Does it run yet?

One thing I think I see that might be a future issue, did you put the intake air sensor into the base of the intake. There were many reports of hot start issues from heat soaked IAT sensors since they are reading the thermal mass of the aluminum rather that the air passing by.
There might be a work around in the newer software but this might be a heads up if you get starting issues in the future.
