MS mods,
If you look at the V3 board with the 37 pin connector to your right, install the 450R from the left side of R12 to the lower position of R42 just above it. This will give you the +5V needed.
Also with the wideband you have, remove C10 that is at the very lower right end of the board. The guys at Innovative blame this cap for the failures of the LC1 units.
