128 uneventful miles today - no leaks. Power is down due to the tune - acts like lazy spark - to be expected until further tuning.

Here are a couple of better videos (complete with ignition interference in the camera) now that Brendan has shown me how to use my camera :

There are now 2 or 3 S/C Pajeros in Oz, so I can't claim to be the only one..... and there have been some built a few years back with the centrifugal blower kit that was sold by RIPP. But, AFAIK - and unless someone can prove otherwise, it's the first longitudinally mounted 3.0L Gen1 with a positive displacement blower.

Brendan, thanks for your help this weekend.

On the video I hear what sounds like my alternator... I mean that's all I can hear and it sounds exactly like mine. These mitsu alternators have some frequency that is blocks all other sounds for me?

Is that factory color or IH white?

If your alternator sounds like that, it needs new bearings. My alternator makes no noise at all...... the whine you hear is the blower. It comes and goes, depending on rpms. You never want to confuse that sound with an alternator just before a racing bet.

Neither..... it's Rustoleum rattle can super-duper white.

I'd take the one in front over 2 of the one's in back any day.

Frank, I take it you needed the scoop to clear the blower. You worried at all about water on the alternator or did you protect it somehow?

that truck is awazing. Can't belive all the work you put into it.
One of the nicesest montero/raiders I've seen and hands down the cleanest/nicest engine bay

I'd look awesome with a billet grill(anyone fitted one) and clear corners(don't think they make them).
Keep up the great work!
