Only people I could think of having an LC meter wouls mbe a Ham radio operator. The MFJ 259B model might be able to do it. (RF generator, SWR meter, Freq. meter & inductance/reactance all in 1)

It's meant to measure feedline & antenna properties in a standalone situation. Also can be used as a Dip meter.... Found me real quick...LOL
