Larry and Lisa came by for a nice vist - Larry brought some filters and wires. I changed the fuel filter again and the engine once again ran better.

- BUT -

The fun never ends...... Today on the trip to Atlanta, I heard some noise from the engine bay..... stopped and raised the hood to hear the sound of marbles rattling in an ammo can.

I think (hope) the coupler in the blower drive is busted. The blower still makes boost, but it sure sounds like a death rattle.... no choice but to drive it the rest of the week, then 225 miles home and hope for the best.

Tomorrow I'll try to find an OE belt and uncouple the blower pulley from the crankshaft, but incoming air still turns the rotors some. I just don't want the rotors to crash and send a grenade into the cylinders.
