Yes, I'm showing quite a bit more vacuum - not surprising with the rotors locked. I'm not sure the bypass valve is completely open. Cruise/no grade at 65-70mph is showing about 10 in/Hg vacuum.

I'm very interested in what fuel economy will be on the trip home today - I have a feeling it'll improve somewhat - maybe a lot.

The noise may be the rotors bouncing in the bearing blocks if the bearings have been chewed up.
