The 3S NA's don't use oil squirters and we have used them with our rods without issues.
They shouldn't cause drastic increases in oil pressure or cause accelerated wear.

That's a little better response, but the question of forced induction in combination with no supplemental lubrication remains. I'll still talk with the machinist about it.
