Yes it will bolt right in. The V6 and turbo diffs use four spider gears instead of two, larger bearings, more reinforcing ribs on the third member, and a slightly larger ring gear. The spline count and third member bolt pattern are the same, you can bolt the V6 third directly in place of your current third member.
