I'd like to add onto this with a question.
I have a V6 3rd w/ 4.10s in it. Have been told that to upgrade to 4.88 with this model requires a carrier replacement and is more costly than if you started w/ another ratio, such as 4.3, 4.56 etc. Can somebody confirm/deny this and explain?
