a buddy of mine had a GENIUS idea. he's working on his right now. in rear... cuting out the floor and basically sinking the spare tire. like a lot of cars have in the cargo area. Supras are like that. it's a sunken tire well with a fake floor over it. so i'm gonna look into fab'n that up. and I have a 3" BL so that might help things out quite a bit. Keep in mind your 35 will probably barely fit between the frame rails. Also if it is flush with the floor, it may hang down quite a bit. Take a tape outside and see.

Your false floor will be 9-10" above the current one. But you can pick up some storage around the tire beneath the false floor... Be advised you don't want to contact the frame crossmember with your tire well without isolating it somehow, unless you like buzzes and such. Also, the stock tiedowns are not sufficient for holding a tire - take them to the frame (again, rubber/urethane isolation from the body is recommended).
