Well I finally put the jeep coils in the rear. After reading about the mod, I kept my eye in e-bay and found a set a of coils for relatively cheep. Then I waited for them to be parcel post'd to Alaska (slow boat). Then they sat for a few weeks while other stuff got in the way.

Well this weekend sported perfect weather, and no excuses. So I took the die-grinder to the springs to cut em, and beveld the cut. Jacked up the rear and popped em in place.

I could tell just sitting in the truck of the different stance, and after a test spin around the block, could feel how much smooter the ride was.

I probably cut about 1/4 turn more than I needed to, but they work killer as is.
