Pretty much ive had 3 clutch fans and the truck just cant seem to stay cool. After some testing of the fans ive come to find out the there just not engaging. When I start the truck, that is the only time I hear it make that rushing sound of air then it gradually dies down. But the sound never returns even after being in 4x4 Low and bombin through the trails. It still climbs in temperature.
So browsing some sites, I found a nice 16" High CFM fan for roughly $110. Was wondering what people thought of them (Good name, it is a flex-a-lite version) or if any one has some recommendations for electric fans. S-Blade 16" High-Performance electric fan
Also, what would be an ideal temperature for the fan to click on to begin cooling it down?
