The magic recipe seems to be Tundra TRD 4WD coils with your choice of OME shocks (requires a front limiting strap), Tacoma double cab blue Tokico shocks (good but also pricey at the dealership) or the Tokico Trekmaster, which are Tokico's highest end SUV shocks. This will give you 1.75" of front lift. Add a 3/8" spacer and extended studs for a 2.25" lift. A diff drop is recommended. You can use Daystar, etc. spacers to lift even further.

In the rear you can use Downey 3" lift coils, Landcruiser coils (3.5" lift) or the standard OME 880/881/882.
